The ARAMARK Friends and Family Rate is a benefit that entitles *ARAMARK employees friends and family to a discounted room rate and additional discounts on activities across the country. This is part of the ARAMARK employees benefit program.
Friends or family must provide the “Friends and Family Rate Authorization Form” with the signature of the general manager of the employee’s ARAMARK location indicating they are still employed by ARAMARK and that the friend or family member is authorized to receive the rate.
The friend or family member may make up to 2 lodging reservations with the special rate and must present the authorization form and a picture ID upon check in.
Rates start at $99 based on double occupancy for lodging. Room reservations may be made online via the link below. If you do not see the Friends and Family rate return, it is not available.
