You must read and accept the terms and conditions of The Passenger Safety Vessel Act of 1993 below before any additions or changes may be submitted.
The Passenger Safety Vessel Act of 1993 prohibits carrying more than 12 passengers (adults, children and infants) on your rented houseboat. If your rented houseboat has more than 12 passengers you will be in violation of the Passenger Safety Vessel Act and subject to penalties enforced by the United States Coast Guard. It is your responsibility to comply with this requirement. Children 12 years old and under must wear a life vest at all times while on any vessel rented by ARAMARK. Please be advised that if you have rented a houseboat that sleeps 6, suggested capacity is 8. If your houseboat sleeps 8, suggested capacity is 10. At no time should you exceed the 12 passenger limit imposed by the Passenger Safety Vessel Act. ARAMARK recommends all non-swimmers wear a life vest while the boat is under tow and/or when they are in the water. Ask the rental agent for assistance if you have any questions.
