Lake Powell is a stunning RV and camping destination. You'll find our parks and campgrounds fully equipped to meet your needs - with all the fun and recreation of Lake Powell. You'll be close to marinas and boat rental offices, so you can enjoy those day cruises on a powerboat or fun personal watercraft. Restaurants, gift shops, gas stations and markets are also conveniently nearby.

Welcome to Wahweap! Open year-round, this is your destination to enjoy all the fun and recreation at beautiful Lake Powell. From fun watercraft rentals, to boat tours or dinner cruises, your Lake Powell adventure is close at hand. Enjoy the restaurant, lounge, pizzeria, Java City café and gift shop at nearby Lake Powell Resort.

30 and 50 amp service, water and septic
Spaces accommodate over 45', most up to 70'; only two vehicles per site; some double-wide spaces available.

Resort swimming pool and Jacuzzi available to campground guests.
Free WiFi was installed at the campground. Connectivity varies due to our remote location, usage, weather and location in the park. Also available in the Lake Powell Resort lobby.

Tent or Self-contained RV Spaces (112)

Very few spaces accommodate anything larger than a class C (30'). There is no extra vehicle parking at the campground.
Our non-hookup spaces have picnic tables, charcoal grills and nearby restrooms.
Ground fires are not permitted in the non-hookup spaces; fires are allowed in the grills only.

Group Tent Area

Six spaces available to accommodate 9 to 30 people
All spaces have tables, grills, fire rings and nearby restrooms.

RV Park at Bullfrog Marina

(Check in at Defiance House front desk)

You're near all the fun, too, with watercraft rentals available right at Bullfrog Marina. And you can enjoy the restaurant and gift shop at nearby Defiance House Lodge.

Campgrounds at Lake Powell

You'll love tent camping at Lake Powell. Wahweap, Bullfrog and Halls Crossing Marinas all have campgrounds for tent camping. Each campground offers easy access to all the food, fun and adventure at these great marinas.

National Park Service Amphitheater programs are offered several nights a week during June, July and August at Wahweap and Bullfrog campgrounds. Come and experience slide shows and specialized programs on such subjects as geology, wildlife, the Ancestral Puebloans and the historic settlement of the area. Look for rangers at Rainbow Bridge and hear trivia and compelling stories about the area.
