Day 1
Get settled in to your accommodations at Lake Powell Resort and explore the grounds of the lodge. Consider a dinner cruise on Lake Powell that combines spectacular scenery with a delicious dining experience. The Canyon Princess Dinner Cruise takes around 2 hours but will provide long lasting memories of your Lake Powell vacation.
End your day at the Driftwood Lounge, which offers a wide variety of cocktails, beer, and wine. But be sure to get plenty of rest for your busy adventures, which begin the following day.
Day 2
Consider exploring Horseshoe Bend, which offers air as well as ground tours, or rent a powerboat for the afternoon and enjoy lake and water activities.
Day 3
Weather permitting, we recommend a half-day river float offered by Wilderness River Adventures. This adventure involves a motorized pontoon raft, where you will experience one of the most dramatic stretches of river found in the western United States.
Day 4
Spend the day exploring the majestic Monument Valley, 122 miles east of Wahweap Marina. Drive the scenic 17-mile road through Monument Valley, take a tour, or hike one of the many trails found in the area. There are many tour operators offering tours. A list of operators can be found on the Navajo Nation Park website.
Day 5
You should consider one of the following for your last day in the Lake Powell area.
