Policies

Payment Policy: 

Full rental fee including taxes and fees due at time of booking. 

Damage Deposit: 

A refundable damage deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the boat with no damage. 

For your convenience, we will automatically charge the credit card used to pay for the reservation unless you call 888.896.3829 to change credit card information. 

Houseboat Service Fee:

$109 per houseboat trip. The houseboat service fee is charged to cover the following items;

• The pumping of the gray and black water holding tank

• The filling of the freshwater tanks

• The coiling and securement of all anchors and lines

• The replacement of cleaning supplies, boat chemicals, and trashcan liners

• The removal of all sand and debris from the boat

• The cleaning of all floors, windows, and counters

• The laundering of all linens, blankets, and towels

Change Fees: 

Houseboat reservation changes are subject to change fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and a service fee will apply.  If you need to cancel your reservation you may email APDReservations@aramark.com with Houseboat Reservation Cancellation in the subject line.  The date the email is received will be the day used to calculate service fees.  You may also submit cancellations via US Postal Service to 1661 E. Camelback Rd, Ste 300, Phoenix, AZ 85016 and mark the envelope “Houseboat Cancellation”.  The date the envelope is postmarked will be the date used to calculate the service fees.

Cancellation Service Fees will be a percentage of the rental rate without taxes and fees.

• Booking date to 90 days prior to departure - 10%

• 89-60 days prior to departure - 20%

• 59-45 days prior to departure - 50%

• 44 days prior to departure - 100%
