$225 per houseboat trip. The houseboat service fee is charged to cover the following items:

• The pumping of the gray and black water-holding tank
• The filling of the freshwater tanks
• The coiling and securement of all anchors and lines
• The replacement of cleaning supplies, boat chemicals, and trashcan liners
• The removal of all sand and debris from the boat
• The cleaning of all floors, windows, and counters
• The laundering of all linens, blankets, and towels

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and a service fee will apply. If you need to cancel your reservation you may email LakePowell-CustomerService@aramark.com with Houseboat Reservation Cancellation in the subject line. The date the email is received will be the day used to calculate service fees. You may also submit cancellations via US Postal Service to 1661 E. Camelback Rd, Ste 300, Phoenix, AZ 85016 and mark the envelope "Houseboat Cancellation". The date the envelope is postmarked will be the date used to calculate the service fees.

Cancellation Service Fees will be a percentage of the rental rate without taxes and fees.

• Booking date to 90 days prior to departure - 10% cancellation fee applies
• 89-60 days prior to departure - 20% cancellation fee applies
• 59-45 days prior to departure - 50% cancellation fee applies
• 44 days prior to departure - No refunds; 100% cancellation fee applies
