Marina View Room

This updated room, measuring a big 300 square feet (plus another 90 square feet for its patio or balcony), features all the amenities you’ll need and appreciate, served up with Native American flair. Lake View Room
|Stay on the lake, with the best views of the lake. Your Lake View Room features postcard views of Lake Powell, including Wahweap Bay, Lone Rock, and Castle Rock—and breathtaking sunsets are included at no extra charge! Your recently updated room, with Native American flair, features its own 90-square-foot patio (first floor) or balcony (second floor), complete with chairs to relax and take in the views. This big (approximately 300-square-foot) room is loaded with upscale amenities, and provides easy access to both pools, decks, fire pit, Driftwood Lounge, and the Rainbow Room.
Don’t let the “Junior” fool you. This suite is 1.5 times the size of our Traditional Room, and includes a bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room—complete with a sofa bed, desk, easy chair, and 42-inch flat-screen television. And it also includes its own balcony with chairs so you can relax in the sun, or under the stars. Recently updated, and furnished with Native American flair, the spacious (approximately 450 square feet) Junior Suite is perfect for larger groups, or families who want extra space. It also features easy access to both pools, decks, fire pit, Driftwood Lounge, and the Rainbow Room.
Lake View Suite
The Lake View Suite is the ultimate accommodation at Lake Powell Resort. At 600 square feet, it’s twice the size of our standard rooms. And it comes with everything: A bedroom with a private bath. Another room—separated from the first by French doors—with a sofa bed, easy chairs, wet bar, upsized mini-fridge, microwave, and private bath. Two big balconies. And views of Lake Powell that will take your breath away, including Wahweap Bay, Lone Rock, and Castle Rock. The Lake View Suite also features easy access to both pools, decks, fire pit, Driftwood Lounge and the Rainbow Room.

Pet & Housekeeping Policy: Pets are allowed in Traditional Rooms only with a $20.00 non-refundable deposit required per pet, per stay. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside on patio or balcony. Housekeepers will not clean the room if pet is left inside unattended.
Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancel policies are rate specific and can be viewed by clicking on the rate name when availability returns. All cancellations made inside of the cancel policy will be forfeit the deposit taken.
Miscellaneous: Smoking is not permitted in any lodge room or building. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults over double occupancy are at an additional nightly fee.

Park Entrance Fees
There is a $15 entrance fee that admits one single, private, non-commercial vehicle and all its passengers and is valid for 7 consecutive days. The funds collected from entrance fees stay within the park and are used to enhance the experience of visiting the lake. Utility Pass-Through Fee & Infrastructure Program Development Fee
All lodging, tour, houseboat, and watercraft reservations are subject to local, state, and federal taxation... in addition to a nominal daily Utility Pass-Through Fee (Energy) and Infrastructure Program Development Fee.
