Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancel policies are rate specific and can be viewed by clicking on the rate name when availability returns. All cancellations made inside of the cancel policy will be forfeit the deposit taken.

All lodging, tour, houseboat, and watercraft reservations are subject to local, state, and federal taxation... in addition to a nominal daily Utility Pass-Through Fee (Energy) and Infrastructure Program Development Fee.

Park Entrance Fees

There is a $30 entrance fee that admits one single, private, non-commercial vehicle and all its passengers and is valid for 7 consecutive days. The funds collected from entrance fees stay within the park and are used to enhance the experience of visiting the lake. Payment Policy

The first night stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults over double occupancy are at an additional nightly fee.

Pet & Housekeeping Policy

Pets are allowed with a $30.00 non-refundable deposit required per pet, per night. An excess cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke, excessive pet cleaning, or professional carpet cleaning. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside. Housekeepers will not clean the room if the pet is left inside unattended.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any lodge room or building.

An excess cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke.
