Utility Pass-Through Fee & Infrastructure Program Development Fee
All lodging, tour, houseboat, and watercraft reservations are subject to local, state, and federal taxation... in addition to a nominal daily Utility Pass-Through Fee (Energy) and Infrastructure Program Development Fee.
The first night stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout.
All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults over double occupancy are at an additional nightly fee.

Please be advised that as a condition of your reservation and stay at Lake Powell Resort, a mandatory resort fee will be charged in addition to the room rate.
