• Pre-boards cannot be booked within 72 hours of arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: All cancellations for pre-boards will be accepted by calling 888-896-3829. To avoid any charges, the pre-board must be canceled 72 hours or more prior to the pre-boarding date. Should the cancellation be made within 72 hours of the pre-boarding date this will result in a $100 forfeiture fee. This fee will be charged to the card that is currently on file for the reservation. Should the pre-boarding party result in a no-show for the pre-board your rental location will charge the full cost to the card that is currently on file for the reservation.
• Please note that National Park Service regulations limit the number of passengers on a houseboat to 12 while docked or underway.
• Pre-board boats are typically ready between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM Arizona time in Wahweap Marina and 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM Utah time in Bullfrog Marina.
• Exact pick-up times are not guaranteed. A boat may be delayed beyond the 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM window due to unavoidable factors such as inclement weather, late return by the previous guest, extraordinary cleaning requirements or damage to the boat.
• There are a limited number of pre-boards available daily due to space constraints on the docks. Pre-boards are taken on a first come first served basis.
