Pick-Up and Return Times

• Pick-Up: Scheduled by reservation*
• Return: 2:00 pm* - You must have your boat fueled, unloaded, and ready to turn-in by the return time.

* Wahweap Marina, Arizona - Phoenix Time (PDT/MST depending on time of year)
* Hall's Crossing Marina, Utah - Mountain Time

$225 per houseboat trip. The houseboat service fee is charged to cover the following items;

• The pumping of the gray and black water-holding tanks
• The filling of the freshwater tanks
• The coiling and securement of all anchors and lines
• The replacement of cleaning supplies, boat chemicals, and trashcan liners
• The removal of all sand and debris from the boat
• The cleaning of all floors, windows, and counters
• The laundering of all linens, blankets, and towels

Pets are permitted for an additional $35 fee per pet, per day, paid at time of check-in.

Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas houseboats feature smoke free interiors. Ashtrays are provided for those guests who wish to smoke outside the cabin. Guests are encouraged to use the ashtrays rather than dispose of debris in the lake or on the shore.

Full rental fee including taxes and fees is due at time of booking.

Houseboat reservation changes are subject to change fees. All reservation changes are subject to current rates and availability, and may result in a higher reservation value.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and a service fee will apply. If you need to cancel your reservation you may email LakePowell-CustomerService@Aramark.com with Houseboat Reservation Cancellation in the subject line. The date the email is received will be the day used to calculate service fees. You may also submit cancellations via US Postal Service to 1661 E. Camelback Rd, Ste 300, Phoenix, AZ 85016 and mark the envelope "Houseboat Cancellation". The date the envelope is postmarked will be the date used to calculate the service fees.

Cancellation Date Service Fees

• 10% if cancelled 90 days or more prior to departure
• 20% if cancelled 89-60 days prior to departure
• 50% if cancelled 59-45 days prior to departure
• 100% if cancelled less than 45 days prior to departure

Primary renter/Captain must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to check-in and to pick-up a houseboat.

There is a $30 entrance fee that admits one single, private, non-commercial vehicle and all its passengers and is valid for 7 consecutive days. The funds collected from entrance fees stay within the park and are used to enhance the experience of visiting the lake.
